Frozen in Time

q: when will I receive my print?

A: A processing time of 2-5 business days allows us to print, inspect, and properly package each print before it is on its journey to you. Once it has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, or you can log into your account for updated. more precise time frames will depend on the shipping method of your choice. Please refer to Shipping.


q: how will my print be shipped?

a: All prints are shipped with acid free paper and a set of nitrile gloves to help protect each print. depending on print size they will be shipped in either a corrugated cardboard mailer or 3.5" shipping tube. this is to ensure that each print will arrive without being bent or damaged. Please refer to Shipping for speeds and carriers. Shipping Prices Will be shown during checkout. 


q: how do i care for my prints?

a: included with each print is a set of nitrile gloves. We ask that you please use gloves when handling your new print to help prevent smudges and protect your print from any oils or other chemicals that may be on your hands. 
it is suggested to have your print framed after receiving it. you can frame it yourself or have it done professionally. Having a professional frame your print is highly suggested and can be done at many local craft and frame shops.
Keeping all of your fine art out of the direct sunlight will ensure the longevity of the prints.  


Q: What kind of camera do you use?

A: we both are equipped with the Sony a7rv 60mp camera with a range of g-master lenses. We find it fits all of needs from macro to landscapes and anything between. We even use it for family shoots, pet pics, and product photography. 


q: What is the picture quality?

A: All images are printed on our Canon imagePROGRAF-2600 printer equipped with long lasting 11-color plus chroma optimizer Lucia Pro II ink. All of our prints are 300 DPI, high resolution for color accuracy and sharpness. 


q: do you do custom sizes?

A:
We’re always working to offer as much variety as possible while maintaining the highest quality in every print. If you’re looking for a different size or orientation, please reach out through our Connect With Us page—we’re happy to help.

q: what paper do you print on?

A: Currently, we print on 3 types from Red River Paper - polar matte, pro gloss, pro luster. Please check out paper styles for more information.

A: what is the difference between border and borderless prints?

Q:  Borderless prints go all the way to the edge for a clean, modern look, while bordered prints have a white edge that helps protect the photo and makes framing easier giving it an elegant look. Please check out paper styles for more information. 


Q: What is your return policy? 

A: Please refer to our Returns and refunds policy.                                                


q: do I own the copyright?

A: No. We do not sell our copyrights when the prints are sold. copying, scanning, and reproductions of any kind are prohibited. 


q: Are any of your images made with AI?

A: absolutely not. none of are our images are made with ai. all of our images are proudly taken and edited by us.
