All prints sold on this site are custom-made to order. Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24-hours of purchase . Once printing has started, orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Replacements are only offered for prints damaged during shipping. To qualify, the damage must be shipping-related, photographic proof of the damage and packaging is required, and authorization must be received before returning the print. If approved, a replacement print will be issued. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the replacement will be shipped once the damaged print has been received.

 

Returns, refunds, or replacements are not offered for any other reason, including damage caused by handling, framing, storage, installation, change of mind, or incorrect sizing or framing choices.

Fine art prints are delicate and should be handled with care. We strongly recommend professional framing and using the gloves provided or other appropriate fine art handling gloves. Damage resulting from improper handling or framing is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
